Express Employment of Covina is currently seeking a Returned Merchandise Associate for our client located in the City of La Verne.   Hours: Mon-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM Pay Rate: $19.00/hour   Job Summary: This role is responsible for handling customer returns, inspecting parts, supporting shipping activities, and maintaining accurate records. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
Job Description: • Receive and process customer return requests accurately
• Inspect returned parts to decide if they can be returned, repaired, or replaced
• Help with shipping tasks, including checking work orders and pulling materials
• Visually inspect products to ensure accuracy and avoid shipping defective items
• Verify returned items follow company and manufacturer guidelines
• Document returns, replacements, and defects accurately
• Review and send out orders, including tray requests
Qualifications & Skills • Previous experience in a similar role (medical parts experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and inventory systems
