Hours: Mon-Friday 3:00 PM-11:30 PMPay Rate: $17.50
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our cable manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Machine Operator will assist in operating and monitoring equipment used in the production of cable products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor cable manufacturing machinery according to work instructions
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report issues to supervisors
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Some machine operating experience required — training provided
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
• Dependable with good attendance
