These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Talent Referral Bonus Program (“Program”) offered by Express Employment Professionals, Sacramento South, CA (“Express Sacramento South”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 
Program Start Date

• This Program is effective starting November 1, 2025.
• Only referrals submitted on or after this date are eligible for the referral bonus.
• Any referrals made prior to this date will not be eligible for a bonus, even if the Referral later meets the 120-hour requirement.

 
1. Eligibility
1.1. The referral program is open to individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
1.2. Only talent employed and placed through Express Employment Professionals – Sacramento South, CA (“Express Sacramento South”) is eligible for the Program.
1.3. Current Express Sacramento South associates in good standing may participate as Referrers (“Ambassadors”).
1.4. Referred talent (“Referral”) must also remain in good standing with Express Sacramento South to be eligible for the Program.
1.5. Self-referrals are not permitted.

 
2. Referral Bonus Requirements
2.1. A referral bonus will only be paid if the Referral:

• Successfully completes the hiring process through Express Sacramento South,
• Is officially employed and placed on assignment by Express Sacramento South,
• Works a minimum of 120 hours on assignment through Express Sacramento South, and
• Both the Referrer (Ambassador) and the Referral remain in good standing with Express Sacramento South at the time the 120-hour requirement is met and at the time of bonus payout.

2.2. Referral Bonus Timeline:

• The referral bonus must be earned within 6 months from the date the Referral is first referred.
• If the Referral has not worked and completed the required 120 hours within this 6-month period, the bonus is no longer eligible for payment.
• Hours worked outside this 6-month period will not count toward the bonus.

2.3. Hours are calculated based on verified timesheets submitted and approved by Express Sacramento South’s payroll system.

 
3. Bonus Payment
3.1. The referral bonus amount and method of payment will be determined by Express Sacramento South and communicated at the time of referral.
3.2. The bonus will be paid to the Referrer within 30 days after the Referral meets the 120-hour requirement.
3.3. The Referrer must remain an active associate of Express Sacramento South at the time of payout in order to receive the bonus.
3.4. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings as required by law.

 
4. Program Limitations
4.1. There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may make; however, each referral must meet the eligibility requirements.
4.2. If multiple Ambassadors refer the same Referral, only the first eligible referral documented by Express Sacramento South will be considered valid, and only that Ambassador will be eligible for the bonus.
4.3. Express Sacramento South reserves the right to verify all information and deny payment for ineligible or fraudulent referrals.

 
5. General Conditions
5.1. Participation in the Program does not alter the at-will employment status of any associate with Express Sacramento South.
5.2. Express Sacramento South reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.
5.3. Decisions made by Express Sacramento South regarding Program eligibility, compliance, and payment are final and binding.
5.4. This Program is void where prohibited by law.
