Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Associates for a local manufacturing company that produces commercial door hardware and security products. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, assembling products, and supporting a variety of manufacturing and production processes.
Employees will help manufacture and prepare products such as mechanical locks, electronic door hardware, exit devices, cylinders and keying systems, door closers, hinges, pulls, and other door accessories.
We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who can follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and contribute to a team-oriented production environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but candidates with practical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on production, assembly, and finishing tasks
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, and prepare products
• Assist with woodworking, sanding, painting, and other product preparation tasks as needed
• Assemble mechanical and electronic door hardware components according to instructions
• Prepare materials and products for the next stage of production
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Follow production procedures and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with different production tasks as needed to support daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new processes and assist with different production duties
