$17.00+/Hour   Express Employment Professionals of Danville is partnering with a local eye clinic to hire a Customer Service Representative for their busy call center team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced phone environment, and has strong customer service and administrative skills. Job Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound patient calls
• Make outbound calls regarding appointments, follow-ups, and patient needs
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
• Create and update patient accounts
• Process contact lens orders
• Accept credit card payments over the phone
• Assist with front desk coverage as needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Provide professional, friendly customer service on every call

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Medical office experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls throughout the day
• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude

Schedule

• 1st Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Rotating Saturdays
