PC Arcade Technician
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (on-site, warehouse)
Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour daytime shift
About the Role We're looking for a hands-on PC Arcade Technician to join our warehouse team. No arcade experience is needed. Our machines are PC-based, and we'll train you on everything from configuration to troubleshooting. You'll help build, test, and ship our arcades, and you'll play a key part in keeping our facility running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot basic PC-related technical issues
• Configure PCs to match customer order forms
• Test arcades for both functionality and appearance
• Pack and prepare arcades for shipment
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the warehouse
• Use basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches) and cleaning supplies
• Occasionally operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, dolly, and strapping tools
• Occasionally assist customers with technical support and arcade-related sales questions

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 15 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic PC skills
• Customer service skills (phone support experience is a plus)

Nice to have: Knowledge of web technologies, emulators, Photoshop, or Illustrator
