Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and outgoing Benefits Specialist for a growing company in Rocklin that provides supplemental employee benefit programs and wellness support services to businesses nationwide. Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Training Schedule: Starts Part-Time During Training

Key Responsibilities
- Present employee benefit programs and wellness plans to new client accounts and employees
- Conduct remote group presentations and informational meetings
- Educate employees on plan features, enrollment processes, and available services
- Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and plan details
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with resolving employee concerns or grievances
- Schedule meetings, follow up with clients, and maintain communication with accounts
- Assist employees with enrollment support and benefit-related documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes within company systems
- Support outreach and relationship-building efforts with client accounts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to large groups
- Ability to educate and explain information clearly and professionally
- Previous experience in customer service, benefits, sales support, education, HR, or account management is a plus
- Comfortable working with technology, video meetings, and remote presentations
- Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude required
